Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

The unit should remain plugged in and on as long as it will be in use. If the unit will not be in use for longer than 30 minutes it can be unplugged. 

Please DO NOT leave the unit running all night.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our bouncers or water slides at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with different anchoring systems available for each inflatable. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

In the event of light rain, please leave the inflatable ON. This will help prevent flooding of the unit.

If rain is expected over night, DO NOT leave the unit plugged in. Please move the blower to a dry location and we will clean up the flooded unit.

During periods of severe weather conditions, arising out of but not limited to rain, hail, lightning, high winds (over twenty miles per hour), intense heat, and fire, the equipment must be evacuated immediately and electricity turned off to the units.
 
In the event of any inclement weather as described above, we strongly encourage you to have a back-up indoor location reserved. All our units can be set up indoors.
 
Mama Bears Bounce Houses reserves the right to cancel the reservation or end a rental term at any time during severe weather conditions. In instances where severe weather conditions arises after delivery/setup or pick-up has taken place, we reserve the right to end the reservation and make other arrangements.

If a reschedule is necessary due to sudden inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We accept cards, cash, and Venmo. If paying with cash, please have exact change as we do not carry cash for change.

Yes, a 20% minimum deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is applied to the balance of the rental.

Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the date of the event. Any cancellations after the 48 hour threshold are non refundable.

Cancellation after set-up has begun will forfeit any refund. 

Any rescheduled event is subject to availability.

At this time we only deliver and pickup the inflatable units. No customer pickup is available. 

Concession machines are available for customer pickup or delivery, subject to a delivery fee.

Please check the requirements for each inflatable. Allow 4 ft access (gates, doors, etc) to the area where the inflatable will be set up. Some units are extremely heavy and need room to maneuver.

There is no delivery fee within 5 miles of our location. 

Our delivery charge includes set up and take down of the inflatable units. So you do not have to worry about the stress of setting them up or taking them down. Well worth it considering they can be 400lbs or more

Our current delivery fees are:

FREE within 5 miles of our location in Roy, UT.

$25 per delivery within 5-10 miles of Roy, UT. beyond the initial 10 miles, we charge $2 per mile.
